Jones Power was tasked by XTO Energy to be responsible for a total reorganization of materials at their Carlsbad, NM yard.

Alongside our sister company SPOT, we created a specialized team that could manage, reorganize and provide yard and inventory solutions, all while supervising the continuous daily stream of inbound and outbound shipments. The team started with an initial inventory blitz, while simultaneously determining the most efficient way to physically reorganize each asset within the yard.
