LEG PIPIELINE PROJECT

The LOUISIANA ENERGY GATEWAY (LEG) PROJECT is set to revolutionize natural gas transportation in the Haynesville basin. This ambitious 176-mile-long, high-pressure 42-inch pipeline will have the capacity to gather 1.8 Bcf/d of natural gas, connecting premium markets including Transco, industrial consumers, and growing LNG export facilities along the Gulf Coast.

Jones Power played a crucial role in the early stages of this clean energy pipeline project. Our team was responsible for managing rail logistics and executing pipe offloading, trucking, and racking operations.
Our efficient handling of these critical tasks laid the groundwork for the pipeline’s construction, ensuring that materials were delivered and organized effectively across the project’s extensive span. By leveraging our expertise in multi-modal transportation and logistics, we helped keep the LEG project on track during its initial phases.
With Jones Power’s contribution complete, the LEG Pipeline Project continues its progress towards enhancing Louisiana’s energy infrastructure and supporting the region’s growing role in natural gas distribution and export.
