Our most precious commodity is our people.

Our purpose is to enhance the lives of our employees, customers, vendors, and the communities we serve. That means we hold industry safety practices in the highest regard. Keeping our employees safe enables us to safely execute projects for our customers.

A family-first company, we care about our employees and everyone involved in each construction project.

In order to maintain our customers’ and employees’ well-being, we’ve implemented a set of safety requirements embedded within the protocol of each energy infrastructure project with the goal of zero incidents.

Our expertise demands we adhere to the highest level of safety standards.

Our guidelines are meticulously followed by every employee and maintained by our core set of principles that demand each job be finished to the highest of standards.

We develop site-specific safety plans for all our employees and subcontractors. We conduct weekly safety training sessions. With just 2% company turnover, we lower the probability of human error as most of our employees are seasoned veterans at their trade.

Their jobs come as second nature, which decreases room for error and increases overall safety on the field, which to us is the most priceless service of all.

A heritage of integrity.

Our company is bound by a set of values from which our founding company was built. Those values come from a deep heritage that is reflected in each of our employees, from our most seasoned veteran to our newest recruit.

We believe in something greater than ourselves.

We believe in our employees. They’re at the core of our business, and we strive to do everything we can to empower them.

From awards like Employee of the Year to quarterly efforts to recognizing those who are living our core values, we’re doing everything we can to continually help them achieve their goals. As a result, they’re improving their craft, learning from every experience, and evolving from one project to the next.

Stronger employees make a stronger company, and that leads to stronger relationships with our clients.
